DESCRIPTION
The new way of thinking about these implements, flatware, indeed their perfect form adopted within twenty years by everyone, is this, according to Ponti: a short-bladed knife with a slanted profile (we use just the point of the blade to cut), and a fork with short prongs we use just the tip of the prongs to pick up food.
