DESCRIPTION
They are an invention, these figures of animal's cats, fish, horses, as well as watermelons and devils cut and folded as if they were made of paper. Flat figures that stand up by themselves. They are an example of Ponti's way of using only and always the drawing. He drew with the scissors. It was then up to Paolo De Poli, master of the art of enamelling on copper, to turn these ideas into objects- with Delight and with Bravura.
